Show topic description in the topic

Is there a way to show the description of the topic (that is viewed in the topic list) in the topic itself.
So that people see the description of the topic, above the topic text.

Well, You can try to do it with javascript...
But it is really hard because each topic has the same classes/id selectors... I think it is not possible...
