    Hello i set staff but according to group color is not showing color in the last post indeed.

    How to resolve it?

                Hello, that's normal.

                The technicians have made and update in the forums some months ago and blocked the possibility to see user's profile as guests and in consequence, the last message of the users appears like yours, in black.

                It's not possible to change that. :/
