Issue here is because you eddited the template and kicked out footer out of body table. So it spreads completely instead of staying inside the body.
This is in other template:
As you can see, it's inside the table.
And as you can see here, it's out of the table. Fix that. Just move it inside the table to be excatly as it is.

The thing is you saw already that i worked on a couple of footers and some of them it was making your texts on your forum BIG because of the fontawesome called cloudfare 
But of course we can work on a new footer, just need to remake a one from scratch or we can take a one and make it for your forum
P.S: I will need the admin account for this, because my account has restrictions on forumotion templates!
