Hallo, Welt!

Hi everyone!

I was kindly guided to this awesome board by the extremely helpful @System32 today!

I'm, like probably most people, very interested in making my forum all nice and shiny aaand functional, realizing that the most shiny and functional things are achieved by using Javascript and the likes. And since I'm falling in the category that combines "little time", "little knowledge" and "learning by doing" I'm super happy to have found a community where I can learn by actually using some of the things instead of going through the same exercises in Grasshopper for the 473273th time.

For those who haven't noticed due to the weird looking title; I'm from Germany and therefore my board is in German, too. My hobbies include the typical millenial stuff from gaming to yoga, but my most beloved activity is RPG boards. And making them nice and shiny.

I work in IT/Product Development so I'm at least friends with the cool kids (the devs) without really knowing how to program myself :')

Well, I must thank you for joining us here. I believe we will be of use to you once a problem popup during development process. Feel free to explore tutorials here. We recently started working on forum activity and ways to improve it. It will get only better.

Yup. English forumotion support forum. We are more funier than they are and more friendly. On English forumotion support forum I feel as if I am in a hospitol, all must be clean, no way to say anaything they don't like, instant warning..

@system32 This is so great! It actually encourages one to try out stuff (and possibly fail) if someone is willing to help AND knows the codebase.

@system32 oh god, this goes way back... I think I had an inside joke like... 10-15 years ago with a friend about onions. So I don't really know anymore but this is my nickname now in old and/or forumotion-related stuff :'D
