Contest workflow

The contest will have a duration of two weeks, organized in this way:

Day 1 - Monday - Application week
The contest is announced, and our members can submit their community to the game. This can be done by simply replying under the promotion topic you can create in the community promotion section

During this week, we will collect the submissions and include them as participants to the contest
- If you already have a topic, just check the example to be sure you have provided all the information, and reply to your topic saying you want to participate!
- If you have never opened a topic for your forum, check the example and open a new topic to promote your discussion!
Day 7 - Sunday - Voting week
You will have time until Sunday evening (midnight CET timezone) to submit your forum proposal. Once midnight is passed, we will turn into voting mode

On the contest page you will see all the entries for the contest.

You only have to open the tab of your community, share the link with your members and fans - and invite them to vote for you!

You can refer to the "Rules" section for more information on how to vote.
Day 14- Sunday - Winner election
You will have time to vote until h20 (CET timezone).
After that moment, we will close voting and count. We will announce the winner shortly and prepare for the new edition on the following day.

Please consider these roles for the following rules:
Founder is the owner of the submitted forum;
Guest is a non-registered member of FMCodes that comes here to cast their vote;
Member is a registered member of FMCodes that cast their vote
Fan is a registered member of the community of the Founder

Communities willing to participate in the contest MUST comply with Forumotion terms of service. Any illegal-content community will be accepted.
Each Guest is allowed to submit only one vote each day according to the system timezone.
Once passed midnight, they will be able to vote again.
If a Guest votes and then creates an account on FMCodes to become a Member, they will be granted an extra vote for the day.
Suggestion: if you invite your fans to register here to have an additional vote
Founders can update the information on their "Community page". It is just necessary to ask a member of our team to replace them.
The winner of a contest cannot participate in the following edition of the game.
We do this to avoid the same community is always the winner in a row
Team members of FMCodes can participate in the contest
For the contest to be valid, a minimum of 3 participants is required.

Prizes and winner

The winner of the community will be given the possibility to promote their community on our forum highly. We will design a banner for you to publish on our forums' pages with a link to your forum. In addition, an amazing badge will be added to your profile on FMCodes!

The contest's prize may change during the weeks according to special events and availability.

The team of FMCodes has the right to create a banner according to the needs of internal graphic guidelines. Any special request will be considered by the administration
