Private message popup setting

Hello ,

Is it possible to only set the options in: Profile > Preferences automatic on Yes?
I want only this settings automatic when you create a new account:

- Allow members to send me private messages
- Allow newsletters
- Allow newsletters "Popular contents
- Always notify me of replies
- Notify me when getting a PM coming from mass private messages
- Display a pop-up window for new private messages
- Display a notification when new replies are written
- Always allow BBCode
- Always allow HTML
- Always enable Smilies

This is not possible due to GDPR regulations. Only the user can express the preference

- Always notify me of replies

It is already allowed by default

- Notify me when getting a PM coming from mass private messages

It is already allowed by default

- Display a pop-up window for new private messages

It is already allowed by default, but depends if the user has allowed popups from browser settings

- Display a notification when new replies are written

Same as for "notify me of replies

- Always allow BBCode
- Always allow HTML
- Always enable Smilies

The default setting comes from ACP > Messages & emails >Configuration and will apply to new registrations

Oh oops, i don't have check it. And indeed the GDPR regulations of course.
