Hello players,
I am currently trying to make a forum that has a theme that would attract both (fe)male teenagers. No, if you're asking it's not a horrific dating site, it's a site where you can discuss teen problems/thoughts/changes etc.
Anyway I need a theme for it and due to my severe lack of theme, HTML, CSS and Javascript knowledge I was wondering if you could possibly design me one. The only theme I would really like in my theme is this picture (CLICK HERE). I would like that picture to be my background. It's kind of similiar to this forum's background but anyway, I'm digressing.
