    Overview

    Description

    With this tutorial we will see how to go to have a popup tooltip (like the one of the @Niko user tags ) but with the groups in the index footer, going to bring up the description and the members of the group.

    Installation


    Javascript & jQuery

    For the next step you need to go towards Administration Control Panel (ACP) Modules HTML & Javascript Javascript codes management and create a new code - upon verifying that Javascript codes management is enabled.

    Javascript Customization

    • Code:
      var max_users = 10
      - indicates the maximum number of members to show in the popup (useful if you have very large groups)
    • Code:
      view_group : "View group"
      - indicates the text of the clickable button

      loading : "Loading ...",
      - indicates placeholder text when loading (if it takes too long)
    • Code:
      view_err : "The group was not loaded correctly." }
      - any error in loading
