    I have found out from my experience that getting the first 100 users is a bit difficult. In fact getting them to stay engaged is even more harder. I wonder how people get new users to their blogs, youtube and the forums.

      We actually had an advantage because I used to be the administrator and community manager of the forum hosting we are using for the Italian branch, so let's say people were attracted by the fact that I was one of the administrators and that I had a forum Hehe

      Then, partnerships helped a lot, as well as promotion on other websites :fior:

        You can follow these strategies:

        - Add your forum/blog/ youtube channel to the google search console.
        - Improve your SEO with metatags.
        - Promote it in anty site that has the same tematic like yours.
        - If is a forum, make topics related to the principal tematic.. For example, if you forum is about music, share the latest news about an a artist or your favorite music that you love.
